Jersey fabric, often referred to as Tricot fabric, is a popular knitted fabric quality for creating clothing. Our Jersey fabrics are made from 95% cotton combined with elastane. The name Jersey refers to the knitting technique used to manufacture this fabric. The left-right knitting technique ensures the fabric stretches in both length and width, providing a
comfortable wear and making it suitable for a variety of garments. Here are the key features of Jersey fabric:

The Oeko-Tex Class 1 certification can be found on most of our plain cotton Jersey fabrics. Fabrics with Oeko-Tex Class 1 certification meet the highest requirements for product
safety and have been tested for harmful substances. This makes the fabrics safe for use with babies and children. This certification is issued by Centexbel with certification number 1501004.

In addition to the Oeko-Tex certification, we have over 70 colours of Jersey certified with GOTS, issued by Control Union (1010800). This international certification guarantees the use of organic cotton and environmentally and socially responsible production of the fabrics.
